If you make your purchase by bank transfer, the pieces will leave the warehouse at the time the payment for said transfer is received.

If the item purchased has manufacturing defects** or has been damaged in transport, THE REAL STUDIO will be responsible for all expenses.
But if the change is for unfounded reasons (I don’t like it, I prefer another color, etc.) the shipping costs WILL BE borne by the CUSTOMER.
We would love to be able to take care of everything, but we are a small, artisanal company with small margins. To do this, what was purchased must be with all the pieces and must be in the same conditions, that is, it must not have wear or smells, stains, but in the same way in which it was delivered to you.

** Remember that all 3D printed items have a high quality, which is not exempt from variations caused by humidity of the material, vibration during manufacturing, etc. In addition, everything is manufactured in a digital-artisan way so no two are the same. All manufactured items are verified and we guarantee their high quality. These small variations are not considered defects, making each item unique.
By the same payment method that you have made (remember that, if the return is for unfounded reasons, you will only be refunded the value of the purchase, meaning that the shipping price will be discounted).
